Avanafil (Rydri)

Ritonavir is a vasodilator (antihypop) with a nitric oxide effect in the pulmonary circulation. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator that widens arteries and improves blood flow in the heart. Ritonavir may cause vasodilation in the heart and some serious nitric oxide effects in the pulmonary circulation. Do not use Ritonavir if you are on blood thinners, are a woman who has a history of pulmonary hypertension, are under 18 years of age, and are trying to get pregnant. Ritonavir may decrease the effect of low dose warfarin and it may increase the effect of other drugs. Ritonavir may be used with caution if used with nitrates. Your doctor will decide the dose of ritonavir depending on your risk factors (e.g., kidney disease, liver, heart, or blood vessel disease) and your risk factors (e.g., liver, heart, blood vessel disease). Do not take ritonavir more than what your doctor prescribes. This medicine should not be used past the use of nitrates, as this combination may lead to a sudden and severe fall in your blood pressure.

Warnings, Precautions and Interactions

Stendra contains the following active ingredient. Take precautions if you have a history of angioedema (swelling of the face and throat), rheumatoid arthritis (including twice daily use). Do not take Stendra if you are not on a nitrate drug. Inform your doctor if you have any history of stroke or heart attack. Inform your doctor if you have a history of blood lipid. Tell your doctor if you are on a nitrate drug for angioedema, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are on a nitrate drug for other reasons. Inform your doctor if if you have ever been advised by your doctor or a pharmacist of the possible risks of Stendra if you are not on a nitrate drug.

Dosage and Use

The recommended dose of Tadalafil tablets for the treatment of erectile dysfunction is 50 mg taken as needed, approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once daily. For genital herpes, the recommended dose is 2.5 g once daily. Do not take more often than this dose without consulting your doctor. Avoid eating high-fat meals after taking this medicine as it may lead to an increase in the effect of ritonavir. Do not take more ritonavir than the recommended dose.
